Our winter term is coming to a close, here is what you can look forward to this week!
Upcoming Events and Announcements:
- Grocery Gift Card orders are due
- ½ day for High School Students
- Early Dismissal for Grade School Students only 1:15pm
- Festival of the Arts 6:30pm, Centennial Theatre
- Coffee Morning 8:30am, GS Community Kitchen
- End of Term, Spring Break Begins
- No Aftercare, Early dismissal 12 PS, 12:15 KG, 12:20 GS, 1pm HS
We are ever so pleased to be hosting our 29th annual Festival of the Arts of Thursday March 16. An information letter has gone home with all students and has been sent by email, please make sure that you have this letter, we will be happy to resend if need be. Please note the following important student times:
5:30pm – Grade 7 & 8 Choir rehearsal, please arrive at 5:20
6:00pm – Grade 2 – 6 student arrival time (please do not send before this time), younger students will be guided by teacher helpers
6:15pm – Grade 12 & visiting student arrival time, to be seated in the theatre
7:00pm – Grade 9 – 11 arrival time, please enter quietly to the Rehearsal Studio, (Grade 11 stagehands, please check with Attila)
A final reminder that we need your children’s hand work projects, please confirm if you are able to bring something in. All work must be labelled with your child’s name and grade.
Bravo to Grade 6 for their entertaining play last Thursday evening, well done! And Bravo to Grade 12 for their inspiring and thoughtful Project Presentations on Friday and Sunday afternoons. Thank you to Lynn & Yoko (grade 11 parents) for the refreshments and to Parent Council for the financial support.
