Outdoor sessions are a combination of training, play, connection to nature, mindfulness practice and so much more. Think forest parkour combined with strength training, running, mindfulness and a whole lotta fabulous women. Every session is different and yet we repeat many exercises to not only build our skills and strength for certain movements, but also to re-test ourselves to check for improvement. It’s thrilling to watch the improvements everyone makes week to week and month to month!
