Dear VWS Families,
I want to thank you for your participation and offerings this past month. Between the Grade 12 Projects, the Spring Fair, Parent Evenings, Plays, the Book Swap, our Community Forum, and additional classroom support, April has been a rich month for gathering and collaborating. We are in a time of purposeful transformation and your willingness to take part helps to reinforce the stable foundation from which we can grow.

- Anthroposophical Medical Conference Begins
Anthroposophic Medical Conference: Metamorphosis in Life & Death – A Conference with Dr Maria van den Berg at the Vancouver Waldorf School and sponsored by The Greater Vancouver Therapeutical Society for Anthroposophic Medicine. Dr Maria van den Berg comes from Camphill Glencraig in Northern Ireland together with her friend and colleague, Vreni Gur, who will lead a workshop on Form Drawing. If you ordered from the High School Flower Basket Fundraiser, delivery is expected on Monday, May 6 before dismissal.
Mark your calendar, our Spring Music Concert is coming up on May 15. Students from Grades 4 – 12 will be performing. There will be an early dismissal at the Grade School for all grades at 1:15 pm.
May 27 – 31 is Bike to School Week, start planning your route now and explore ways to self-propel your way to school!
